Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

Shipment Returns

Due to the international nature of logistics services, physical returns of shipped goods are subject to:

  • Destination country laws

Returned shipments (if applicable) may incur additional shipping, handling, and storage charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are only accepted before shipment processing begins.
  • Once cargo has been collected, packed, or dispatched, the shipment cannot be cancelled.

Customs & Third-Party Fees

Customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, and third-party carrier fees are non-refundable once incurred, as these are governed by external authorities and service providers.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on:

  • Payment method used
  • Banking or financial institution processing times
  • Internal verification procedures

Customers will be notified once a refund has been approved and initiated.

Liability Limitations
